 Spicoli Inc. is a one man band that combines digital turntables, sampler, drum machine, bass guitar, electric guitar, and a computer. Formed difting between Colorado Springs, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah (once in a while between the couch and fridge), Sean Hammond has made it an effort to combine his favorite musical styles/bands and create something unique and original.
All of Spicoli Inc.'s lyrics are penned by Sean and they tell stories of his inner workings, satire of people/places, and experiences. Sean's writing style takes twists and turns forcing the listener to pay attention so that meaning isn't lost. Spicoli Inc. has something to say, no matter how ridiculous the topic.
The name Spicoli Inc. comes from an experience where Sean, and his best friend Kellen, had to collaborate for a school project. Both laid back, carefree, and "learnin' about Cuba, and havin' some food" they were labeled the Jeff Spicoli's of the class. Constantly singled out by professors for lack of attendance and direction, Sean proudly pointed to his grade, always at the top of the class. Take that Mr. Hand!

Music: I have a vast collection of CD's. I don't like to limit myself to a certian genre, there's good stuff everywhere. I have an extreme soft spot for female vocals and riot grrl punk. I try to attend concerts on a regular basis. They inspire creativity and make me jealous that they're on stage and I'm not. I've been booking/promoting shows/bands for several years all across the Rocky Mountain region. It's a great feeling when you pack a club.
Surfing: I've surfed West Coast, East Coast, Hawaii and Costa Rica. Favorite spots are New Port 56th St. CA, Ventura C-St. CA, Higgins Beach ME, Ollie's Point CR
Motorcycles: I've ridden bikes since I was little. My first bike was a 1978 Susuki TC 100. I currently ride a Ducati 999. Yeah, I'm a bad ass.
Snowboarding: Jumps and rails don't do anything for me, I'm all about downhill and speed. Brighton, UT is my favorite resort.
I love Mexican food.
I've had 7 surgeries on my left ankle. I broke it sliding into second base playing baseball. It has put a major damper on my surfing/snowboarding but has given me plenty of spare time to focus on music.
I have a dog and her name is Hootie. She's my best friend.
